Very clean and professional. I never had wait long to be seen and they don't try to charge you for unnecessary dental work. The dental hygienist (can't remember her name) is always very nice and communicable.

I had a gem that was cutting my gums, called and they got me in right away. Very thankful

Everyone is so nice and helpful. They let you know if they need to change your appointment to accommodate your schedule. If you call in advance they again will work with your schedule. I appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of my hygienist and dentist. I have been coming here for years and have had the best service.

Dr. Galvin is very good and has a great staff behind him. He was very friendly and my visit for three fillings was almost painless. I haven't been to a new dentist in almost 20 years which made me a little anxious but I felt very comfortable and he did a great job. Totally recommend!

Curtis was having gum problems, was told by another dental group that he had paradontel (sp) disease & would need thousand of dollars in treatment. He actually just has a gum infection, can be treated with cleanings & regular care by him. Thanks Western Iowa Dental Group for your honesty.

I have been to this office numerous times. Everytime I am treated very respectful and with kindness. They listen to my concerns and incorporated them into the treatment plan. Excellent customer service and bedside manner. They put me at ease when I was experiencing high anxiety. Exception dental clinic. The late Dr Garvey would be so proud of the staff who is staffing the clinic.

The dentist is by far not my favorite place to visit however the staff here is absolutely amazing. After changing insurances I was nervous about getting a new dentist but I was extremely impressed with the service I got it Midwest Dental. Everyone was so friendly. And with COVID-19 my safety is very important to me, I felt completely safe.

From the moment I walked in to the moment that I left. I felt every question, concern, and need was met. The front desk staff friendly. It was nice to even hear them chatting among themselves about their busy lives, but stopping for every call or person entering the building. Great choice in programming on tv too. I was so overwhelmed walking in and I seemed to forget my reason for being there. The dental assistant was extremely pleasant. I felt she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable before the dentist came in. I met with Dr. Noland Broekemier, DDS. Not only did he give me information and suggestions, butam he gave me really good options for care. He didn't talk at me and I was able to understand the what, when, and why. I left there with a solid plan. I will definately be back to them soon to complete my treatment. Thank you for being an amazing team that worked together to make an uneasy patient feel very comfortable.

I use to hate going to the dentist, I could never find out I liked. After trying many dentist here I finally found one that I enjoy working on my grin. I can’t think of his name, sadly, but he is my favorite there!

The guy who was a good looking younger man, was very nice and extremely professional. He seemed to really care if I was in pain or not during the process. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do and what it should feel like and to inform him right anyway if I was experiencing any other feelings of pain. Witch I did at first and he stopped right away and have numbed the area some more. He gave that about 10 mins and then asked if I was good to go. I was. He then was fined in less then five minutes with the removal of one of my molars. It was Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a dentist.

Dr. Kimberly is the absolute best! I drive 2 hours just to be seen by him. He has the best bed side manors and genuinely cares about his patients. For years I dreaded going to the dentist due to a bad experience, but Dr. Kimberly helped me overcome that. While doing procedures he continuously asks if your doing ok and makes sure you are completely comfortable your entire visit. He is the absolute best dentist I have ever gone too! I started having tooth pain on Friday 11/16/18. Tried to get into emergency dental and no one would see me. Couldn't get into anywhere over the weekend, then my wife called these guys on Monday. At about 9 or 10 o'clock they got me in last minute and didn't have a problem at all. The dentist and the nurse were awesome and even the receptionist went as far as to recontact my wife to let her know she didn't have to fill out certain forms so she didn't waste alot of time being as she was doings all this from her desk at work. I can't speak for anyone else there but the people who helped me were amazing.

I am always scared to go to the dentist but after my visit to this office I’m not!!! The staff was amazingly nice and Dr. Weak is the MOST amazing dentist!!! I never felt so great during and after having a wisdom tooth pulled. I am actually looking forward to my next visit

It was a pleasant visit. The front staff is friendly. The hygienist knew her stuff and was helpful, as well as agreeable and friendly. She found a blanket for me when I felt cold. All in all, it was a pretty pain-free cleaning and I appreciate that.

Very friendly staff and dentists. They are very transparent in communicating what they're doing when they're working, which is actually very reassuring. They are very understanding and accommodating to those who have sensory issues and/or Autism (Based on my own personal experience).

I was having a lot of anxiety regarding a procedure my daughter may or may not have needed. Another dentist basically told me that they may get to work and expose something that they actually cannot fix and would have to refer me elsewhere. Yet they couldn't give me any peace of mind that they would be able to handle her needs and not leave her in pain and needing a different dentist. I called the Western Iowa Dental Group with my concerns for my daughter and I was instantly assured that my daughter would be treated like family and would be 100% taken care of. We had her visit today and we felt like we were visiting family. My daughter showed up nervous and left smiling. Thank you so so much!!

Amazing practice! They are wonderful with my 3.5 year old they have eased her into the whole preventative care process. They have recently got her comfortable enough for a full preventative appointment xrays, cleaning, and exam. We enjoy all staff members and my daughter was especially fond of her recent hygienist Jodi.

Have never had a bad experience here. Today was my daughters first dentist visit. She was treated amazingly and came you of the office happier than she went in. The process was smooth and my daughter and myself were very comfortable the entire time!
